📋 Description

• Handle inbound sales calls promptly and professionally, identifying customer needs and matching them with the right products or services. • Follow approved scripts while maintaining natural, consultative communication; educate callers on features, benefits, and pricing. • Overcome objections using approved strategies and convert inbound leads to meet or exceed close-rate, revenue, and targets. • Accurately document all interactions in the CRM/dialer and deliver an excellent customer experience. • Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to promote managed services, identify upgrade/cross-sell opportunities, and schedule follow-ups as needed. • Work assigned call lists efficiently while meeting daily/weekly quotas (dials, talk time, conversions) and adhering to compliance and QA standards. • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge; participate in training, coaching, and call calibrations. • Collaborate with leadership to report trends, improve workflows, and support team performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of inbound/outbound soft-offer sales experience. • Strong communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills. • Proven ability to close sales and meet KPI targets. • Comfortable using scripts, structured processes, and CRM/dialer tools. • High attention to detail with accurate documentation. • Sales-driven, customer-focused, and resilient. • Coachable, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team. • Must be able to provide own equipment/PC for a WAH set-up. • Willing to work on Weekdays and Weekends
