• Maintain high data integrity and precision by performing necessary data entry for financial records, grant applications, and client accounts. • Client Onboarding: Conduct client onboarding sessions averaging 40-45 minutes per client, with an expected average of 4 clients per month • Accounts Receivable: Manage invoicing and payment collection, process deposits and credit card payments, and handle reconciliation and follow-up on outstanding balances • Accounts Payable: Process monthly payroll, manage vendor payments, and perform expense categorization and review • Content Creation: Use ChatGPT to draft blog posts and repurpose blog content into LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, and other marketing materials • Data Entry & Reporting: Primarily handle data entry and respond to emails, with minimal writing required. Manage regular program reporting, track submission deadlines, and ensure timely delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills • Strong time management and professional communication skills • Demonstrated reliability and follow-through • Ability to successfully handle multiple recurring monthly workflows across finance, content, and grants • Preferred experience in the Grant Writing industry • Proficiency with Google Suite (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.) • Experience with Motion.io and Monday.com • Working knowledge of Zoho (Books, Timesheets, Analytics) • Familiarity with Outlook and WhatsApp
