📋 Description
• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, qualify buyer leads, and strategically "sell the appointment" to drive prospective buyers into the showroom • Gather customer information, coordinate schedules, book dealership visits, and execute timely follow-up reminders to minimize no-shows • Maintain accurate vehicle inventory information and update customer records across our core software platforms • Ensure lead status, communication logs, and appointment details are logged accurately inside our CRM and dealer management platforms
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience working inside the auto sales industry (Dealership BDC, Internet Sales, or Service Scheduling) • Outstanding phone etiquette, strong active listening skills, and the persuasive ability to overcome objections and lock in appointments • Methodical approach to updating vehicle details and customer logs during busy call shifts • Hands-on experience with DealerCenter (or direct, transferable experience with equivalent dealership DMS/CRMs like VinSolutions or AutoSoft) • Proficiency using GoHighLevel (GHL) for lead tracking, pipeline management, or automated communications
