• Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Founder Success Manager to facilitate business coaching sessions with founders. • This role requires an energetic and charismatic individual with strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and guide founders toward achieving their business goals. • Conduct structured coaching sessions with business founders, providing strategic guidance and accountability. • Foster strong relationships with founders, creating a supportive and results-driven coaching environment. • Motivate and challenge founders to take decisive actions that drive business growth. • Represent our client’s brand professionally and confidently. • Participate in training to enhance coaching techniques and business advisory skills.
• South Africa-based candidate with the ability to work UK hours (2 PM - 10 PM SAST). • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a charismatic and engaging presence. • A results-driven mindset with the ability to influence and inspire action. • Comfortable leading coaching-style conversations (comprehensive training will be provided). • Previous experience in coaching, sales, consulting, or business advisory is advantageous but not required.
