📋 Description

• Own the full lifecycle of all client websites, including development, hosting, and maintenance. • Build and maintain websites across Webflow, WordPress, and other CMS platforms. • Respond quickly to website issues, downtime, and technical support requests. • Optimise website performance, security, and user experience. • Collaborate with the marketing team to build high-converting landing pages. • Recommend and implement new tools, plugins, and AI solutions to improve delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years' web development experience with strong front-end and back-end skills. • Strong experience with Webflow and WordPress; additional CMS/framework experience is advantageous. • Experience managing hosting, deployments, website security, and maintenance. • Understanding of landing page optimisation and websites that support paid advertising. • Proactive, self-motivated, and confident working independently. • Passion for new technologies, plugins, and AI tools.
