• Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid media, email, SEO, social, content) to generate qualified leads and support business growth. • Set clear goals and KPIs for campaigns, internal team members, and contractors to ensure measurable outcomes. • Act as the central point of coordination for all marketing initiatives, bringing structure, clarity, and accountability across the team. • Oversee the rebuild of the company website, defining requirements, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables with external web developers and designers. • Suggest and prioritise new website features and conversion improvements that enhance user experience and lead generation. • Manage and optimise existing marketing channels while identifying new revenue streams and campaign opportunities. • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and update marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials. • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations to improve ROI. • Manage event planning and execution for company-hosted live events, ensuring brand consistency and effective lead capture. • Work closely with the internal PPC Analyst, Web Analyst, and Marketing Assistant, guiding their efforts toward shared objectives. • Successfully manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation that decreases cost-per-lead while improving lead quality. • Maintain strong communication and stakeholder management, keeping leadership updated on performance, insights, and priorities.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or project management roles. • Proven ability to plan, structure, and deliver marketing projects on time and within budget. • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels — including paid media, social media, SEO, web, and email automation. • Experience managing agencies, contractors, and freelancers, setting KPIs and evaluating performance. • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and report on marketing KPIs, with a focus on continuous improvement. • Experience overseeing website rebuilds or digital transformation projects. • Exceptional organization, planning, and leadership skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and guide senior stakeholders. • **Key Attributes** • Strategic thinker who can identify opportunities and gaps in existing marketing efforts. • Technical and data-savvy: understands performance metrics and how to optimize campaigns effectively. • Leadership mindset: able to guide, mentor, and align team members and partners. • Results-oriented: focused on delivering measurable improvements in ROI, lead quality, and brand visibility. • Proactive communicator: comfortable telling leadership what should be done differently and why. • Highly organized and structured, with a passion for planning ahead and executing efficiently.
