• - Respond promptly to inbound enquiries from property owners, developers, contractors, and homeowners. • - Assist clients in understanding which service best fits their needs. • - Maintain a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction at all times. • - Qualify inbound leads and convert them into booked surveys or consultations. • - Proactively follow up with prospects via phone, email, and WhatsApp. • - Support outbound outreach campaigns as needed (targeting developers, contractors, architects, estate agents, etc.). • - Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. • - Update and manage CRM entries, leads, and pipeline stages. • - Coordinate with surveyors and the operations team to schedule appointments. • - Track sales metrics, conversion rates, and client engagement.
• - Proven experience in **sales, customer service, or client-facing roles**, ideally in property, construction, surveying, real estate, or related sectors. • - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, confident phone manner. • - Ability to quickly understand client needs and recommend the right service. • - Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently. • - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries at once. • - Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools. • - Must be available to work **UK hours**.
