• Diagnose and resolve website issues (errors, bugs, performance issues) • Identify root causes of technical problems across WordPress sites • Fix broken functionality such as forms, links, plugins, or scripts • Manage plugin updates and resolve compatibility issues • Troubleshoot conflicts between themes, plugins, or custom code • Ensure website stability after updates or changes • Test and repair contact forms, lead capture forms, and submission flows • Support integrations with CRM systems, email tools, or tracking platforms • Ensure data is correctly captured and transmitted • Address loading speed issues and basic performance problems • Monitor for errors or downtime indicators • Respond to assigned technical tickets/tasks • Investigate issues reported by internal teams or clients • Provide clear resolution within agreed turnaround times • Work alongside website editors, developers, and marketing teams • Escalate complex issues when necessary • Provide feedback on recurring technical problems
• Strong experience troubleshooting WordPress websites • Understanding of how plugins, themes, and CMS systems interact • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture • Experience diagnosing and resolving technical website issues • Familiarity with forms, APIs, and third-party integrations (advantageous) • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and resolve issues with minimal guidance • Attention to detail and methodical approach to debugging
