📋 Description

• Develop and execute VirtuHire's overall marketing strategy and campaigns. • Manage and grow VirtuHire's LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok presence. • Manage and improve VirtuHire website, including content, SEO and lead generation opportunities. • Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns. • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters and client communications. • Create engaging content including written content, short-form video and thought leadership. • Identify opportunities to generate new clients and inbound leads through digital marketing. • Explore and develop podcast, video and other content opportunities for VirtuHire. • Identify relevant PR agencies, publications, podcasts and industry partnerships in the UK and US. • Monitor marketing performance, analyse results and continuously optimise campaigns. • Stay up to date with new marketing platforms, trends, AI tools and opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a fast-growing, B2B, technology, recruitment, professional services or similar environment. • Proven experience developing and executing an end-to-end marketing strategy. • Strong hands-on experience across social media, content and digital marketing. • Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok. • Experience managing Meta and Google Ads. • Experience with email marketing and newsletters. • Strong copywriting and content creation skills. • Experience using marketing to support lead generation and business growth. • Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and performance metrics. • Commercially minded, creative and highly proactive. • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the marketing function. • Experience with PR, podcasts, influencer marketing or media relations would be advantageous. • Experience using AI and marketing automation tools would be advantageous.
