📋 Description

• Lead the implementation and adoption of Power BI across the organization, ensuring alignment with business needs • Design, build, and maintain dashboards providing real-time visibility into business KPIs, including MRR, churn, CAC, and operational performance • Connect Power BI to Salesforce, ERP systems, SQL databases, and subscription platforms • Develop scalable data models using DAX and Power Query for high-performance reporting and forecasting • Deliver tailored training and support for business users to encourage self-service analytics and improve data literacy • Partner with FP&A, Revenue Operations, IT, and Product teams to capture requirements and deliver analytics solutions • Define and implement data governance best practices focused on security, compliance, and data integrity • Manage Power BI initiatives end-to-end, from planning and execution to stakeholder communication and delivery • Optimize dashboards for performance and reliability and resolve technical issues • Stay current with Power BI features and recommend innovations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI in a software or subscription business context • Knowledge-building SaaS metrics dashboards are a must • SALESFORCE (or other modern CRM) experience is a must from the data and sales cycle perspective • Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query), dataflows, and data modelling • Experience with Salesforce, SQL Server, and ERP systems • Deep understanding of recurring revenue, churn, retention, and other SaaS metrics • Ability to lead projects and align stakeholders across technical and non-technical functions • Strong communication skills with a history of mentoring or enabling others • Ability to translate business questions into measurable metrics, datasets and dashboards • Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and BI deployment best practices • Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience • Power BI certification, Agile project experience, or exposure to Python, R, or Tableau • Natural curiosity and growth mindset
