âą 5+ years of product management experience in cloud infrastructure, virtualization, cloud management platforms, infrastructure software, hosting, telco cloud, MSP/CSP platforms, or adjacent technical domains âą Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure technologies such as virtualization, KVM, OpenStack, Kubernetes, software-defined storage, networking, orchestration, automation, or cloud management platforms âą Experience building product strategy and roadmaps for technical B2B products used by infrastructure teams, service providers, managed service providers, enterprises, or SaaS companies âą Ability to work closely with engineering teams and engage in technical discussions with architects, developers, solution architects, support engineers, and customer operations teams âą Strong customer-discovery skills, with the ability to translate technical and commercial pain points into clear product priorities âą Experience with market analysis, competitor research, pricing, packaging, value propositions, and product positioning âą Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear product narratives, roadmap updates, business cases, and launch materials âą A structured, analytical approach to prioritization, with comfort using customer input, market data, usage data, commercial impact, and technical feasibility to make product decisions âą Confidence working across distributed, international teams
