âą Provide technical support (L1/L2) to customers via ticketing systems, email, and calls âą Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with customer teams and internal engineers âą Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux-based systems âą Assist in analyzing system performance and identifying issues âą Maintain clear and professional communication with customers following defined processes âą Contribute to internal and external knowledge bases and documentation
âą Required Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2/N1 or native) âą English: Intermediate level or higher (for internal communication) âą Interest in IT, cloud infrastructure, or Linux systems âą Basic understanding of operating systems or networking âą Strong communication skills and willingness to learn âą Preferred (nice to have) Experience with Linux (academic, personal, or professional) âą Basic networking knowledge âą Experience with troubleshooting or monitoring tools âą IT certifications (LPI, LPIC, Red Hat, etc.)
