📋 Description

‱ Provide technical support (L1/L2) to customers via ticketing systems, email, and calls ‱ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with customer teams and internal engineers ‱ Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux-based systems ‱ Assist in analyzing system performance and identifying issues ‱ Maintain clear and professional communication with customers following defined processes ‱ Contribute to internal and external knowledge bases and documentation

🎯 Requirements

‱ Required Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2/N1 or native) ‱ English: Intermediate level or higher (for internal communication) ‱ Interest in IT, cloud infrastructure, or Linux systems ‱ Basic understanding of operating systems or networking ‱ Strong communication skills and willingness to learn ‱ Preferred (nice to have) Experience with Linux (academic, personal, or professional) ‱ Basic networking knowledge ‱ Experience with troubleshooting or monitoring tools ‱ IT certifications (LPI, LPIC, Red Hat, etc.)
