📋 Description

• Lead a team responsible for reviewing business requirements and developing functional and technical design documentation • Oversee the design and implementation of testing procedures for APIs, abstractions, and integration patterns • Participate in design reviews, providing input on requirements, product designs, schedules, and potential issues • Ensure team productivity, predictability, and delivery of high-quality results • Review code and maintain accountability for the team’s development and testing activities • Participate in proof of concepts and technical evaluations of new technologies • Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring the team meets business needs and delivers robust solutions. • Work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree, OR 11+ years of relevant work experience • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD • Experience in reviewing business requirements and developing technical documentation • Experience in designing and implementing testing procedures for APIs and integration patterns • Experience in participating in design reviews and providing input on product designs and schedules • Experience in leading teams to ensure productivity and high-quality delivery • Experience in code review and accountability for development/testing activities • Experience in technical evaluations and proof of concepts for new technologies • Be based in Brazil • Advanced English Level • Experience in managing distributed computing challenges • Experience in fostering team collaboration and meeting business needs • Experience in delivering robust solutions in a fast-paced environment • Experience in integrating emerging technologies into software engineering practices.
