📋 Description

• Provide functional support for SAP FI (Financial Accounting) processes • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP FI incidents, service requests, and system issues • Support integration between SAP FI and SAP MM, SD, CO, and external applications • Gather business requirements and propose effective solutions • Configure and maintain SAP FI settings according to business and compliance requirements • Participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing • Prepare and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials • Monitor and support financial interfaces between SAP and third-party systems, including Coupa • Provide Coupa Procure-to-Pay, invoice processing, supplier management, and SAP integration expertise • Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful service delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as an SAP FI Consultant, including application support and incident management • Experience supporting SAP FI integrations with MM, SD, CO, and external applications • Hands-on experience with Coupa, including Procure-to-Pay, invoicing, supplier onboarding, and integration processes (plus) • Knowledge of SAP-Coupa integration frameworks and financial data flows • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality support in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills and ability to work with business users and technical teams • Experience working in complex, multinational environments • Fluent English is mandatory for communication with clients and project teams across the USA and Canada
