📋 Description
• Production of high-performance ads for Meta, TikTok and similar platforms • Development of hook variations (0–3 seconds often determine success) • Creation of creatives • Execution of UGC, motion and hybrid ads • Fast editing with a clear structure (Hook → Problem → Solution → Proof → CTA) • Use of kinetic typography, overlays, zooms and pattern interrupts • Iteration of existing ads based on performance data • Close collaboration with marketing and sales
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in performance advertising (TikTok / Meta) • Proficient with Premiere Pro, After Effects or comparable tools • Ability to execute fast, aggressive cuts (not cinematic work) • Understanding of hook mechanics and retention • Experience with subtitles, bold captions and visual triggers • Metrics-driven mindset (CTR, hook rate, watch time) • Ability to produce large volumes of content efficiently • Independent, structured working style
