📋 Description

• Install, configure, and maintain telecommunications equipment including routers, switches, modems, and structured cabling. • Perform diagnostics and repairs on network hardware and software issues. • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on network infrastructure. • Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to support network upgrades and expansions. • Document network configurations, maintenance activities, and service reports. • Respond to service tickets and troubleshoot connectivity issues in a timely manner. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations. • Assist in planning and implementing network security measures. • Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed. • Work in a safe and effective manner. • Maintain confidentiality of company information and records when required.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or technical certification in Telecommunications, Networking, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred) • 3-5 years of experience in telecommunications or network support • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, Palo Alto Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE)/Administrator (PCNSA), or BICSI
