• Deploy AWS environments for SAP & SAGE clients • Configure and support web and application services (IIS, Apache, Nginx) and file/print services • Lead go-live migrations, including after-hour cutovers • Document build processes, adhere to policies, develop and maintain procedural documentation, and support continuous improvement • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful builds and deployments • Monitor system and database backups to ensure processes are running as expected • Complete environmental restorations and server maintenance • Respond to security events and resolve issues • Identify potential issues and drive proactive solutions
• 5+ years’ AWS or other cloud deployment • Strong Linux skills (SUSE preferred) and solid Windows/AD/Networking knowledge (VPN, Firewalls, AWS Security groups) • Deployment of Windows Servers (MS SQL, RDP, DC, GTW, WEB, etc.) • Familiarity with SAP HANA and ERP system administration (SAP Business One preferred) • Experience with server administration, security protocols, and CloudFormation • AWS certification is a plus • Experience with project management tools like Smartsheet is an asset • Self-motivated, independent thinker with excellent written and verbal communication • Experience in customer support environments
