📋 Description

• Support the business-wide implementation and rollout of Salesforce • Assist with project coordination, tracking actions, deadlines and deliverables • Support data migration, cleansing, validation and reconciliation activities • Participate in user acceptance testing and document results, issues and follow-up actions • Assist with developing reports and dashboards and maintaining system data • Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Operations, IT and external implementation partners • Support user training, documentation and post-implementation activities • Assist with implementation and integration of other commercial and finance systems • Provide ongoing administrative support for Salesforce and other business systems • Maintain accurate commercial and financial data, spreadsheets, trackers and documentation • Perform routine data uploads, updates, checks and reconciliations • Manage user requests, system issues and reporting requirements • Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate resolution • Follow up with stakeholders to obtain information and resolve outstanding items • Complete assigned tasks accurately and within deadlines • Provide flexible support to the Commercial Finance Director and wider team • Identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes • Support automation of repetitive reporting and administrative activities • Reduce the administrative and operational workload of the Commercial Finance & FP&A team

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related discipline • Strong numerical and analytical ability • Good Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets • Strong interest in technology, business systems and process improvement • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines • Comfortable learning new software and systems • Exposure to Salesforce, CRM or ERP systems (desirable, but not essential) • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query or data visualisation tools (desirable, but not essential) • Basic understanding of financial reporting and business processes (desirable, but not essential) • Ability to overlap with UK business hours; working hours specified as 10:30–19:30 IST
