📋 Description
• Support customers across Illinois—ideally based in Chicago • Up to 75% travel to deliver expert clinical applications support for Vision RT systems • Develop clinical protocols, deliver onsite and remote training • Support product demonstrations and provide responsive phone-based clinical assistance • Contribute to customer education through workflows, guides, and e learning • Collaborate with R&D to provide valuable product feedback and testing insights
🎯 Requirements
• Associate degree or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred) • 3+ years minimum experience in Clinical radiotherapy environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office products • Excellent communications skills • Excellent customer service skills • Experienced working in a fast paced commercial or clinical environment • Must have a valid driver's license and passport is required as 90-100% of this role involves travel both domestic and international • AlignRT/OSMS experience
