• Dive into Salesforce development and build powerful, scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. • Be a key contributor across the full development lifecycle—from solution design to deployment and ongoing support. • Design, develop, and maintain Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and custom objects. • Build and integrate systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and MuleSoft. • Support and troubleshoot integrated applications, ensuring high performance and reliability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and integration strategies. • Participate in design sessions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Maintain high-quality documentation aligned with SDLC best practices. • Stay on top of Salesforce innovations and bring forward-thinking ideas to enhance our platform. • Occasionally contribute to development efforts outside of Salesforce when needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. • Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Components (Aura & LWC). • Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services. • Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, schema design, and best practices. • Experience with system integrations and enterprise application environments. • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
