📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Inside, Outside, and Field Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives by providing guidance, setting performance goals, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and increase revenue • Aggressively research, identify, qualify, and target potential new accounts, delivering on a new account goal annually. • Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior management • Develop plans to deliver annual net sales and contribution plans for the region • Effectively manage all trade, visual merchandising, and selling expense budgets • Manage overall planning process, including strategic planning, target development, customer tactics, and execution goals • Manage regional sales forecast process throughout the year to measure achievement vs. AOP and implement corrective actions as needed • Development of Target Regions and delivering above-plan growth in these regions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong strategic selling skills with the ability to develop long-term partnerships and deliver customized solutions to key clients. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development—preferably in the golf, sporting goods, or hospitality industries. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to travel within the region as needed. • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and market insights to guide strategic decisions and account planning. • Passion for the game of golf and commitment to staying current on industry trends.
