📋 Description

• Switch between multiple toolsets on a daily basis to execute site changes • Build pages from scratch using various components to match layouts provided by MX Designers • Launch new products – building out full customer flows, including product set up through merchandising experience • Own setting up and running site experiments through Contentful to test customer flows • Know tool functionality and limitations inside and out and be able to communicate them to various stakeholders (internal and external) while also providing alternative solutions where possible • Know how to prioritize work based on effort vs. deadline • Manage workload to deliver projects on time • Understand and practice agile approaches and identify gaps in processes to streamline delivery of work • Escalate issues with appropriate contextual information and own bugs raised to the MX Global Operations team until solution is reached • Be an active and engaged team member • Stay up to date on trainings and documentations

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven • Strong communicator, both verbal and async • Comfortable in fast-paced, ever-changing environments • Prioritizes personal workload effectively to meet deadlines • Self-motivated and solution-oriented • Receptive to feedback and open to constructive debate • Thrives in collaborative, team-first settings • Learns quickly and adapts with a growth mindset • Acts with ownership and puts customer needs first • Comfortable adopting new technologies, including AI powered tools, to improve productivity, solve problems, and drive operational excellence. • Degree in related field such as marketing or e-commerce • 1-2 years of work experience in a related field such as e-commerce • Experience with CMS platforms is required • Experience using AI powered tools to improve productivity and workflow efficiency • Experience with content management systems such as Contentful or similar CMS platforms.
