• Own the end-to-end Ads strategy for EU and US markets, ensuring alignment with business goals and growth targets. • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Amazon Sellercentral, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. • Leverage additional advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, DSPs) to expand reach and impact. • Continuously analyze campaign performance, leveraging data to refine targeting, messaging, and budgets. • Develop testing frameworks for creative, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI. • Collaborate closely with Product, Channel, and Creative teams to ensure campaign relevance and market fit. • Build structured, scalable processes for campaign planning, execution, and reporting. • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging tools, and competitive activities in the advertising space. • Present clear performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership on a regular basis.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing performance advertising campaigns in both EU and US markets. • Proven expertise in Amazon Seller Central, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaign types. • Highly data-driven and analytical, with strong proficiency in performance metrics, attribution models, and advanced analytics tools. • Self-organized with a high degree of structure — able to manage multiple campaigns, markets, and stakeholders simultaneously. • High bias for action — comfortable making decisions quickly based on data and informed judgment. • Fluency in English; proficiency in German, French, or Italian is a strong plus. • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools is a plus.
