📋 Description

• Own and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across email, push notifications, and on-site channels • Utilize Iterable, Braze, or similar tools to build, launch, and optimize lifecycle campaigns • Leverage customer data and behavioral insights for segmentation, personalization, and campaign strategy • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating insights and recommendations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, analytics, sales, copywriting, and design)

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle management, or channel marketing • Proven ownership of multi-channel campaigns and measurable impact • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Iterable, Braze, etc.) and CRM systems • Experience with continuous A/B testing • Solid understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing principles • Strong communication and organizational skills
