• Regularly analyze complex data to identify performance trends. • Prepare and present performance reports to marketing leadership. • Identify and pursue new paid search channels or tactics. • Setup, maintain, and analyze campaign tracking. • Plan, set up, execute, monitor, and optimize paid search campaigns. • Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis. • Develop compelling ad copy and coordinate with creative teams. • Manage bids, budgets, and spend pacing. • Run A/B tests to continuously improve performance. • Monitor search engine and industry trends.
• Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field) or equivalent experience. • 3–5 years of experience in Paid Search or Data Analytics. • Strong analytical skills. • Familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and their tools/features. • Ability to write compelling ad copy. • Experience managing budgets, pacing spend, bid strategies. • Comfortable testing (A/B, multivariate) experiments. • Good communication skills.
