📋 Description

• Drive operational agility and facilitate cross-functional stand-ups aligning ANZ and Tunis regional priorities • Identify, track, and resolve complex project dependencies and operational blockers • Implement process standards and optimize workflow pipelines • Maintain Jira board hygiene and use Looker or Jira reports to analyze velocity, bottlenecks, and delivery metrics • Evaluate squad processes, identify inefficiencies, and execute continuous improvements • Manage incoming requests, resource constraints, and team capacity and queues • Connect the ANZ Category Team with Tunis functional teams to move projects from ideation to live-on-site • Enforce quality standards and improve delivery velocity, predictability, and process maturity

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record as a Senior PM or Delivery Specialist managing cross-functional projects across distributed, international teams • Hands-on experience setting up and enforcing delivery frameworks, quality gates, and workflow optimizations • Expert-level mastery of Jira • Experience with reporting and analytics platforms such as Looker or Tableau • Demonstrated history of active blocker resolution and risk mitigation • Ability to push back constructively when standards are not met • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for aligning remote teams across time zones • Agile/Scrum certifications with practical real-world execution are a plus
