📋 Description

• Provide daily application and user support for Yardi or Investran systems • Manage and maintain system configuration and set up, user access, and security settings • Troubleshoot and resolve data integrity, workflow, and reporting issues • Support data imports, exports, and integrations between systems using SQL, Python, .NET, or APIs • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements and translate them into technical specifications • Lead agile ceremonies and assist in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines • Develop and execute test plans, including automated testing scripts

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Investment Management space as a business analyst or systems analyst • Prior experience of Investran or Yardi Voyager • Proficiency in SQL (data queries, joins, stored procedures) • Experience with one or more of the following: C#, .NET, Python, or similar scripting languages • Familiarity with system integrations (APIs, flat file transfers, ETL tools, SFTP gateways) • Experience with Power BI, SSRS, or other reporting tools is a plus • Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS) beneficial.
