📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines in the GCP environment • Design and implement data models in BigQuery • Manage and monitor services in Cloud Run and Compute Engine • Configure and maintain secure environments using VPCs and security policies • Integrate systems through APIs • Ensure governance, performance, and cost optimization of cloud resources • Support business teams with structured, reliable data • Troubleshoot and continuously improve the data architecture • Document technical processes and solutions • Work in the energy sector of Visus, an asset management firm

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform • Proven experience with BigQuery, including data modeling, query optimization, and data ingestion • Proven experience with Cloud Run, including application deployment and container management • Proven experience with VPC networking, including network configuration, firewall management, and secure connectivity • Proven experience with Cloud Storage, including storage management, versioning, and access control • Proven experience with Compute Engine, including virtual machine provisioning and administration • Experience consuming and integrating APIs • Experience implementing cloud security best practices, including IAM, access control, and security policies • Experience administering SQL and NoSQL databases, preferably on GCP • Knowledge of data architecture and ETL/ELT pipelines • Familiarity with automation and infrastructure as code is a plus • Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI and Looker Studio is a plus • Bachelor's degree • Experience with Google Cloud Platform, as assessed in the screening question
