📋 Description
• Lead design efforts for IRS notices across multiple stakeholders. • Collaborate on correspondence processes and customer communication strategies. • Manage stakeholder communications and reporting.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience supporting IRS correspondence improvement or IRS notice modernization initiatives. • Experience leading or coordinating IRS notice design efforts across multiple stakeholders. • Strong understanding of IRS notice lifecycle, correspondence processes, and customer communication strategies. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. • Experience working in Agile project environments. • Active IRS MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) clearance is required.
