📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to current, past, and potential donors in a quiet, distraction free, home office space (required) • Schedule donation appointments for blood drives and donor centers (Around 90% of time is spent on calls) • Build rapport and provide excellent customer service • Encourage donors to continue supporting lifesaving causes • Ability to confidently overcome objections, think on your feet, and use persuasive communication techniques to encourage donors to commit to scheduling an appointment • Maintain accurate donor information and appointment details • Meet daily and weekly performance goals and metrics • Work collaboratively in a supportive remote team environment

🎯 Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills • Comfortable spending most of the workday on the phone • Goal-oriented and motivated by performance metrics • Ability to stay resilient and professional when facing rejection • Strong multitasking and computer skills • Dependable attendance and punctuality • Ability to work independently in a remote setting • Preferred Customer service experience • Call center experience • Appointment scheduling, sales, collections, or outreach experience
