📋 Description

• Execute corporate quality of life and occupational health projects and events for Vital Work’s client and partner portfolio; • Recruit professionals for the execution of one-off activities; • Conduct coordination meetings for activities and events with clients, health insurance brokers and contracted professionals, using remote meeting platforms; • Monitor the execution of events remotely with clients and partners; • Prepare management reports on event execution and results; • Maintain control of event information for the client portfolio, as well as related financial information (payment of professionals), using the area’s control spreadsheet; • Perform administrative tasks related to the events under your responsibility; • Contribute to the development and improvement of new products and processes in the area; • Maintain a close and collaborative relationship with Vital Work’s clients and partners; • Collaborate with and support the team in event delivery whenever necessary, and contribute to other areas when participation is requested.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a health-related field; candidates with degrees in people management, customer relations or events will also be considered. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint; • Ability to use remote meeting tools (e.g., Google Meet, Zoom and Teams); • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple operational demands; • Time management and prioritization skills; • Strategic thinking applied to execution and process improvement; • Previous experience in corporate wellness and occupational health and/or client relations (brokers and health plan operators) is considered a plus; • Agility in execution and adaptability to the area’s demands; • Clear and professional communication with different audiences (clients, partners and professionals); • Responsibility and commitment to deliverables; • Empathy in relationships with clients, partners and professionals; • Proactivity to identify needs and support solutions; • Organization and attention to detail in task execution.
