📋 Description

• Execute corporate quality of life and health projects and events • Recruit professionals for the delivery of ad hoc/one-off events • Coordinate actions and events with clients, health insurance brokers, and contracted professionals remotely via meeting platforms • Monitor events remotely with clients and partners • Prepare management reports for events • Manage all event information for the client portfolio and financial details (payments to professionals) for which you will be responsible in the department's control spreadsheet • Contribute to the development of new products and processes for the area • Maintain strong relationships with Vital Work's clients and partners • Perform administrative tasks related to the events in your client portfolio • Collaborate with and support the team at events when needed, and assist other departments when participation or input is requested

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in a health-related field • Proficient in Excel • Comfortable using remote meeting platforms (e.g., Google Meet, Microsoft Teams) • Experience in corporate client relationship management • Previous experience in corporate quality of life and corporate health (health insurance brokers and providers) is a plus • Organized • Time management • Strategic thinking • Ability to take full responsibility for activities and results • Proactive • Clear communication skills • Responsible • Empathy
