• Conduct direct B2C sales using consultative approaches and advanced sales techniques such as BANT/SPIN Selling to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. • Communicate with customers via WhatsApp—messages, voice notes, or calls—using the CRM tool (Clint) or any other CRM the company implements in the future. • Lead effective negotiations aimed at closing sales of physical products (capsules/supplements) and digital products (info products), employing persuasive techniques and adapting the approach to each customer’s specific needs. • Use influence-based selling techniques to build emotional connections with customers, increasing conversion and retention rates. • Perform active and passive prospecting as well as lead qualification to identify sales opportunities and develop strong relationships with potential customers. • Actively participate in campaign development to provide insights that drive improvements in strategy and deliver impactful results.
• Excellent command of Portuguese and strong reading comprehension. • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs and Drive for entering data into spreadsheets and documents. • Comfortable working with CRM platforms. Experience with Clint is a plus. • Experience with B2C sales. • Technical knowledge of the products. Experience selling info products and supplements in the digital marketing space, including campaigns and product launches, is a plus. • Good communication skills. • Desired knowledge of consultative sales techniques (BANT/SPIN Selling). • Experience in active and passive prospecting, lead qualification, and negotiation. • Proven ability to close sales using influence-based techniques.
