📋 Description

• Manage one or more medium to high complexity technical projects • Perform business analysis activities to extract and document requirements with acceptance criteria • Lead discussions with the project team to identify tasks, dependencies, and project timelines • Facilitate scoping and planning with executive sponsors • Initiate delivery, launch, and post-launch support while holding retrospectives for improvements • Communicate fluently with project teams and executives, presenting complex information • Plan, schedule, execute, and monitor work to meet project targets • Negotiate trade-off discussions on schedule, scope, and budget as needed • Organize and lead project status meetings and working sessions • Identify and remove impediments for a successful project outcome

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a technical project manager • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or equivalent experience • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills • Strong working knowledge of document, spreadsheet, presentation, and project management tools
