📋 Description

• Perform administrative tasks supporting the legal team • Contact insurance companies, medical centers, and clients to gather essential information • Provide accurate case updates • Prepare reports to keep legal teams informed • Schedule and coordinate medical and legal appointments for clients • Ensure timely follow-ups • Maintain organized records of case progress and communications • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed • Communicate extensively by phone and email with legal teams

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in legal settings, back-office operations, or remote customer service • Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) with near-native proficiency • Reliable high-speed internet connection • Dependable computer • Availability to work California hours and holidays • Colombian holidays will be working days • Resumes must be submitted in English • University/professional degree listed under requirements
