📋 Description

• Promote the company’s services by meeting merchants/retailers in person. • Present product features and benefits persuasively to clients. • Attend professional events to meet prospects and increase the company’s visibility. • Provide assistance and guidance to existing clients. • Assist merchants with onboarding and activating their accounts. • Monitor and follow up on their active use of the services. • Report issues to the company’s support team when they exceed your scope of action. • Monitor and analyze the performance of the client portfolio. • Initiate and participate in prospecting activities. • Ensure that new merchants in the assigned portfolio complete their registration.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); Master’s degree is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Persistent with a positive approach to handling objections. • Strong organizational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks and issues simultaneously. • At least 2 years of field B2B sales experience. • Prior experience in banking and payments is an advantage. • Excellent negotiation and sales skills, with a proven ability to close deals. • Knowledge of the Marseille area and its surroundings is an additional asset. • Results-driven profile. • Proficiency in English is required. • Valid driver’s license.
