• You will support our team in an engaging mix of finance, administration, web design and customer communication: • You check and record incoming invoices, ensuring smooth accounting processes. • You assist customers with billing questions and work with them to find solutions. • You manage the dunning mailbox and maintain oversight of outstanding items. • You maintain contract data carefully and conscientiously. • You support our web design team in maintaining and further developing our website in Webflow. • You help organize and carry out trade shows. • You support customer service and actively participate in customer acquisition. • You pitch in with general administrative tasks and are a reliable support for the team.
• You are a currently enrolled student, ideally in a degree program related to business administration, business informatics, marketing or a related field. • You work independently, are organized and enjoy taking responsibility. • You communicate clearly and amiably — whether by email, phone or video. • You have a good sense for numbers and a careful working style. • Initial experience with Webflow or similar tools is a plus but not required. • You speak and write German fluently; English skills are an advantage.
