📋 Description

• In this exciting role, you are the main point of contact for the Sales Region North and East Germany • You actively support ensuring ViViRA is prescribed regularly and continuously expand our network • You are open to occasionally working in the field to visit practices on site and further develop collaborations • You primarily manage practices by phone and virtually, building trusting relationships • You collect structured feedback from physicians, present it clearly and forward it to our product team • You use our CRM system (HubSpot) for transparent documentation of your activities and develop a sense for strategic working methods • Together with the Customer Success team, you contribute to the development of our communication and support concepts and bring your own ideas • You support virtual and occasional on-site training sessions for practice teams and demonstrate how ViViRA can be used simply and practically • You have the opportunity to attend trade shows and congresses and gain valuable experience representing our company professionally

🎯 Requirements

• First practical experience – e.g., from internships or student assistant roles – ideally in B2B sales • Willingness to attend occasional field appointments and a driver’s license to be flexible on the road • Passion for communication – you enjoy engaging with people and take pleasure in building long-term relationships • Persuasiveness, enthusiasm and true ownership when it comes to convincing customers of a solution • Analytical mindset & hands-on mentality to quickly understand challenges and find pragmatic solutions • Excellent German skills and good English skills for collaboration within an international team • Residence in Hamburg, Bremen, Leipzig, or Dresden so you can efficiently manage your sales region
