• Responsibility for the sustainable growth and support of existing medical practices • Building and maintaining trusting relationships to encourage the regular prescription of ViViRA • Identifying opportunities and needs through direct exchanges with physicians; systematically collecting and relaying feedback to the product team • Conducting training for practice teams and delivering convincing, practice-oriented presentations of ViViRA • Systematic documentation of your activities in the CRM system (HubSpot) to keep track of pipeline, relationships and successes • Active contribution to our sales strategy: sharing best practices and further developing our communication and support tactics • Representing ViViRA at trade fairs and conferences to expand our network and strengthen our market presence
• At least 2–4 years of experience in B2B field sales – ideally in the healthcare or DiGA (digital health application) environment • Field sales is your strength: you know how to build sustainable customer relationships, create trust and foster close connections through in-person visits • Communication is in your blood: you are a sales talent who builds and maintains networks and always strikes the right tone – whether with physicians or within the team • With your analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach you quickly recognise opportunities and challenges and tackle them proactively • You reside in North Rhine-Westphalia / the Ruhr area and hold a valid driver's license • Very good German skills, both written and spoken, and good English complete your profile
