📋 Description

• Design, develop and maintain APIs, SDKs and platform services (Node.js/Nest.js and/or Python). • Implement integrations and orchestration layers for agents and AI services. • Ensure security, performance, resilience and observability in distributed (cloud-native) systems. • Collaborate with squads and support technical decision-making (design docs/RFCs, code reviews). • Evolve CI/CD (Azure DevOps), DevOps/Infrastructure as Code best practices and automations. • Strengthen the quality culture (tests, linters, standards). • Build microservices with synchronous communication (REST/gRPC) and asynchronous communication (messaging, SSE/WebSockets). • Kubernetes and Docker in production; troubleshooting network, storage and scalability issues. • Observability (logs, metrics, tracing, alerts) and incident response. • Automate routines and integrations (inference scripts, data processing, API testing). • Handle requests/JSON and prompt contexts in AI solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong backend experience in Node.js (preferably Nest.js) and/or Python. • Microservices architecture and API design (REST and gRPC). • Docker and Kubernetes (deployment, operation and troubleshooting). • Cloud-native (preferably Azure: AKS, Event Hub, Cosmos DB, Redis and MongoDB). • CI/CD in Azure DevOps and Git (branching, PRs, automation). • API security (OAuth 2.0/OIDC, authentication/authorization, secret management). • Experience with messaging and asynchronous communication (SSE, WebSockets). • Hands-on observability (logs, metrics, tracing, dashboards and alerts). • Bachelor's degree completed - degree certificate. • Differentials • Experience with language models and GenAI. • Good practices in prompt engineering. • Agent/orchestration libraries (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph). • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible). • Soft skills • Clear and objective communication, collaboration in multidisciplinary teams, proactivity and focus on quality, scalability and technical governance.
