📋 Description

• Lead the discovery, analysis, and detailed definition of business needs across strategic digital transformation initiatives • Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings • Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria • Create and maintain functional artifacts, process flows, user journeys, and solution documentation • Serve as the primary functional point of contact for multidisciplinary teams throughout the development lifecycle • Lead backlog refinement, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and strategic alignment • Participate in defining and evolving solutions with Architecture, Technology, Product, and Business teams • Support the definition of MVPs, releases, and digital product evolution strategies • Oversee user acceptance testing, integration testing, business validations, and production deployments • Ensure traceability between business objectives, requirements, development, and deliverables • Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and continuous improvement • Use Artificial Intelligence and prompt engineering techniques for discovery, documentation, requirements, impact analysis, and insight generation • Promote AI best practices and evaluate new solutions to accelerate delivery and generate business value

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or in an equivalent role within complex technology environments • Experience working on digital transformation projects and the development of digital products and platforms • Experience gathering and specifying functional and non-functional requirements • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe • Ability to act as a bridge between business and technology teams • Experience with process modeling, flow design, and writing user stories • Hands-on experience using Artificial Intelligence tools for analysis, documentation, prioritization, and decision-making • Ability to use AI in a structured manner to increase productivity and improve delivery quality • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent solutions is a plus • Knowledge of BPMN and process modeling is a plus
