📋 Description

• Develop and maintain system features focused on operations and support, using Node.js, Python, Flutter and NoSQL technologies, with an emphasis on robustness and scalability of production applications. • Handle and resolve functional and critical incidents that may affect business continuity, acting quickly and precisely to minimize impact and restore normal operations. • Monitor and implement changes to infrastructure and code, ensuring that all modifications are well planned, documented and communicated, following change management best practices. • Work on an on-call rotation to provide continuous support and immediate response to critical incidents, ensuring the system remains available and operational. • Collaborate with the team to ensure quality, continuous delivery of solutions, and the implementation of continuous improvements to the infrastructure using DevOps best practices. • Contribute to the automation of operational processes, assisting in the creation of CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and DevOps practices to improve efficiency and incident response. • Work with the team to adopt and implement new technologies and modern architectural concepts such as Domain-Driven Design (DDD), ensuring developed solutions are highly adaptable and aligned with business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid knowledge of Node.js, Python, Flutter and NoSQL databases (MongoDB), with experience troubleshooting production environments. • Experience with Kafka, Redis, and Azure, especially in maintaining and optimizing integrations for continuous operations. • Familiarity with Agile practices, DevOps concepts, and automation tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, or Terraform, with a focus on support and maintenance. • Experience in monitoring and operations management using tools like ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and ServiceNow. • Knowledge of software architecture with a focus on Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and its application in support environments. • Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams, especially when resolving critical and functional incidents. • Clear and effective communication, essential for operations management and coordination during crises and planned changes. • Proactive problem-solving and effective prioritization in a dynamic support environment, especially during on-call shifts. • 5 years or more of Full Stack development experience, focusing on high-availability systems, support and critical operations. • Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments, contributing to the continuous improvement of operations and infrastructure.
