• Develop and maintain solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. • Work on deployment, maintenance and support of applications, ensuring stability and performance. • Produce functional and technical documentation, following the principles of the Salesforce Center of Excellence. • Drive end-to-end requests, assessing technical feasibility and proposing solutions aligned with best practices. • Implement Salesforce integrations with other platforms, ensuring quality and security. • Develop and maintain monitoring to anticipate issues and reduce impact on B2B clients. • Respond to critical incidents urgently to ensure continuity of the production environment. • Support the management of metrics and periodic reporting in accordance with agile methodology. • Participate in internal events to share knowledge about the Salesforce platform.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field. • Proven experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud). • Knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce and development best practices. • Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs. • Familiarity with Data Modeling, Triggers, Salesforce Flow and Apex testing. • Salesforce certification (Administrator, Developer or equivalent). • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
