📋 Description

• Perform troubleshooting and functional analysis of incidents in non-production environments; • Provide application support in test environments; • Implement and manage monitoring tools to ensure visibility into system performance and proactively detect issues; • Lead incident response activities and conduct post-incident analyses (postmortems) to identify root causes and prevent recurrence; • Develop scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks, improving operational efficiency and reducing human error; • Analyze system capacity and plan for scalability to meet demand, ensuring services remain available and responsive; • Collaborate with development teams to implement changes safely and efficiently, minimizing impact on the staging environment; • Work closely with security teams to ensure security practices are integrated into the testing lifecycle; • Create and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks, and train teams on best practices and tools; • Work together with QA analysts to continuously improve system reliability and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience operating applications based on WebLogic Application Server, SOA Suite, OSB, Apache, OHS; • Nice to have: experience operating applications based on Kubernetes/OpenShift and microservices; • Nice to have: experience with Axway API Gateway; • Basic knowledge supporting cloud applications and relational and non-relational databases (Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra, PostgreSQL); • Familiarity with Linux operating systems; • Knowledge of SRE and DevOps practices; • Experience with observability tools and dashboard creation for monolithic and distributed systems (primarily ELK Stack); • Experience with monitoring tools for monolithic and distributed systems (primarily ELK Stack); • Understand infrastructure operations for distributed environments; troubleshooting of applications and infrastructure with emphasis on root cause analysis; • Ability to build automated processes using programming languages (Python and shell scripting); • Remote role, but candidates must reside in São Paulo - SP or Curitiba - PR.
