• Manage consulting projects to deliver strategic, operational, and analytical solutions for clients. • Develop and execute project plans that align with timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes. • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. • Present recommendations and findings to client leadership and key stakeholders. • Facilitate client meetings, discussions, and project updates. • Manage mid to senior-level client relationships and maintain alignment on project expectations. • Utilize project management methodologies to guide work efforts and ensure successful project delivery. • Identify opportunities to enhance products, services, tools, or methodologies within the functional area. • Support business development efforts by identifying potential upsell opportunities and collaborating with senior team members. • Contribute to the development and sharing of intellectual capital, best practices, and example deliverables across the team.
• Relevant degree preferred • 5 or more years of relevant experience required • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience interpreting and presenting complex data insights to senior stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong project management and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Experience facilitating client meetings and delivering presentations preferred • Ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and clients • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
