âą Make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers âą Qualify leads, set appointments for sales team and close sales âą Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction âą Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in CRM system âą Communicate effectively with team members and management âą Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting goals âą Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge âą Provide feedback to improve sales and marketing strategies
đŻ Requirements
âą 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Environment âą High school diploma or equivalent âą Excellent verbal communication skills âą Ability to multitask and prioritize âą Experience with CRM software âą Attention to detail âą Ability to work in a fast-paced environment âą Proficient in Microsoft Office âą Experience in sales or customer service âą Positive attitude and willingness to learn
