âą Serve as the primary legal advisor to the executive team and board âą Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements âą Partner with sales in pro-actively driving contract negotiations âą Lead risk assessments and compliance frameworks relevant to SaaS cybersecurity business âą Support M&A, fundraising, and corporate governance activities âą Collaborate with external counsel in various jurisdictions âą Develop and maintain internal legal policies, training, and contract templates âą Mentor the current team of 3 and scale the legal function
đŻ Requirements
âą Bar admission ideally in both Germany and the US âą Several years of legal experience in a leadership role âą Proven experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology sectors âą Deep understanding of US and German commercial and data protection laws âą Strong negotiation and drafting skills in English and German âą Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment
