📋 Description

• Oversee cloud application architecture, help identify design flaws, and advise developers in feature development • Improve and further automate our operational processes • Maintain our SaaS platform and development infrastructure • Improve monitoring and logging infrastructure regarding availability, reliability, performance and security • Implement documentation, processes and tooling for cloud incident handling • Remediate service disruptions and identify root causes in close collaboration with developers • Provide technical guidance to non-technical teams

🎯 Requirements

• A passion for observability, reliability and performance • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and managing scaled cloud systems with a focus on automation • Profound knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible • Software development experience in Python • Knowledge about DevOps and SRE best-practices • Strong communication abilities and willingness to share knowledge with the rest of the engineering team • Good knowledge of software design principles, networking and security practices • Good verbal and written communication abilities in English.
