📋 Description

• You will spend the practical phases with us at your local branch, working from home, or up to 20 days per year in an EU country of your choice. • Together with your mentor, you decide which departments you want to get to know and which tasks you will take on. • Prepare financial plans for management • Internal and external reporting • Controlling (financial controlling) • Data-driven interpretation of complex business models and processes • Your area of responsibility will grow as you progress through your studies: actively contribute and take the lead on your own projects!

🎯 Requirements

• A good secondary school leaving certificate (Abitur/Fachhochschulreife) or a vocational qualification plus 3 years of professional experience • Enthusiasm for economic contexts and business topics • Enjoy working with numbers • Analytical and solution-oriented thinking • Strong German language skills (at least C1 level)
