📋 Description

• You are responsible as the Store Manager own Stores (m/w/d) for the disciplinary and professional leadership of employees in your store. • You are responsible for coaching sales processes in the store and passing on successful sales techniques to the team. • You are responsible for results management and thus for achieving the store's targets. • You ensure proper operation and outward appearance of the store, taking into account and ensuring compliance with legal regulations, Vodafone Retail Guidelines, as well as inventory and cash register policies. • You initiate measures to increase customer satisfaction within the given guidelines. • You analyze areas for action and proactively drive sustainable remediation. • You initiate measures to increase customer satisfaction and develop sales-promoting activities.

🎯 Requirements

• A completed commercial or business administration vocational training • At least 4 years of professional experience in retail, telesales/telemarketing or customer operations, or alternatively a completed degree and at least 2 years of professional experience • Experience and talent for managing employees • Very good knowledge of telecommunications solutions • Strong understanding of sales methodologies/techniques • Fluent German language skills, spoken and written (C1 CEFR).
